We are in-network with most insurance plans including:

We are also happy to bill your insurance for out-of-network benefits and can often match in-network out-of-pocket costs. For those who don't have or don't want to use their insurance, we offer self-pay and sliding-scale fee options (ranging from $40 and up). We accept multiple payment forms including cash, checks, and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, and Discover).

Some services, such as treatment outside of our offices, may incur additional fees.
